SECTION 1.0—RATE SCHEDULE
Section 1.01-Rates
Monthly Minimum Charge
$26.00 (includes first 1500 gallons)
Gallonage Charges
First 1500 gallons: No charge
Next 4000 gallons: $3.00 per thousand
Next 6000 gallons: $4.00 per thousand
Next 10,000 gallons: $5.00 per thousand
Over 21,500 gallons: $7.00 per thousand
FORM OF PAYMENT: The Corporation will accept the following forms of payment:

REGULATORY ASSESSMENT .......................................0.5%
TCEQ rules require the Corporation to collect a fee of 0.5% of the retail monthly bill.
Section 1.02 – Other Fees
MEMBERSHIP FEE ................................................................$200.00
MEMBERSHIP TRANSFER FEE...............................................$100.00
TAP FEE.......................................................................................$800.00
Tap Fee covers the Corporation's costs for materials and labor to install a standard residential
5/8” or 3/4” meter. An additional fee to cover unique costs is permitted if listed on this
tariff.

This fee may be charged if a customer requests that an existing meter be relocated.
IMPACT FEE
An impact fee may be set by the Board of Directors to reflect the proportionate charge to the customer for new or increased facilities required to provide the necessary service requested. The Impact Fee will be amortized and included in the monthly bill.
BUY-IN FEE
New customers will pay a Buy-in Fee to bring them up to economic parity with existing customers. At this time, the Buy-in Fee is $218.00.
METER TEST FEE................................................................................ $25.00
This fee may be charged if a customer requests a second meter test within a two-year period and the test indicates that the meter is recording accurately.
RECONNECTION FEE
The Reconnection Fee must be paid before service can be restored to a customer who has been disconnected for the following reasons:
a) Non payment of bill................................................................$50.00
b) Customer's request that service be disconnected....................$10.00 per month
for each month service is discontinued up to a maximum of $50.00
LATE CHARGE........................................................................................$5.00
if bill is not paid by the 17th of the month. The late charge is not waived if the customer does
not receive the bill.
DISCONTINUATION OF SERVICE DUE TO NON-PAYMENT OF BILL
Bills are due and payable on or before the 17th of the month. Bills that are delinquent by more than 60 days will cause that account to be subject to discontinuation of service. Prior to discontinuation of service, the account will be notified by mail of the delinquent status. At least 10 days prior to the discontinuation of service, a hang-tag will be placed on the door of the customer warning them of the impending action.

LINE EXTENSION AND CONSTRUCTION CHARGES:
Refer to Section 3.0-Service Extension Policy for terms, conditions, and charges when new construction is necessary to provide service.
